Motivated!

As I was showering this morning, I felt it. A change.

MOTIVATION!

I've been bugged down by the fact that my girlfriend thinks I'm getting fat. It's been on my mind for a while, but with her confirming it through subtle hints while we're together or on Facebook, I basically got sad.

Fast forward to this morning in the shower when I decided to change my life once again! Over the past months as I've been comfortably in a relationship, I've lost the motivation to step up and be better. But now, I feel like I need to be in top shape again, both physically and mentally.

So here starts my new weight watch. I'll be dieting (no rice), exercising (at least 3 hours a week), and studying more (like my freakishly nerdy friends) until I achieve my goals.

What are my goals? Here's a list!
1. Get back to 145lbs by December.
2. Please my girlfriend.
3. Look at the mirror and say "There's a handsome guy!"
4. Graduate magna cum laude by getting a 3.5 GPA this term.
5. Get my ATM account to read Php 25,000 by the end of the year. This accounts to saving at least Php 2,000 a month starting October. This means that I have to spend only Php 1500 a week starting now.

Okay, so here it goes. If this mission fails, then I only have myself to blame. I think it's possible. I think it's possible. It's possible! It'll happen! I'll make it happen! :) That's positive thinking for you bitchesssss! :))

Day 1: 164.4 lbs, 2:28pm, after lunch workout (55 minutes w/ 4km run)
Day 2: 162.4 lbs, 6:25am, no workout (feeling sick all day, severe headache, almost puked, had a hard stomach, sipon with blood coming out with mucus X_X)
Day 3: 162.0 lbs, 6:30am, before sleep workout (50 minutes w/ 2km run)
Day 4: 161.2 lbs, 6:30am. (Chicboy death X_X)
Day 5: 161.0 lbs, 9:15am.
